This three-level contemporary
design is home to Cookeville Housing Authority (CHA) resident
services programs, as well as the agency's support, management
and operations personnel. The lower level, dedicated to
facility operations, contains offices, warehouse space
and workshop. The main level serves as reception for
visitors and contains staff conference room, workroom,
and offices,
as well as a large multi-purpose community room with kitchen.
The upper level, which overlooks the foyer below, contains
corporate and accounting offices and the Cookeville Housing
Authority boardroom.
Exterior finishes incorporate a contrasting palette with
textures of red brick and sand beige EIFS (external insulation
finish system), featuring an anodized metal standing-seam
roof with coordinating feature windows.
The project is landscaped for ease of maintenance and
is supported by exterior site and building lighting. Located
in a visible CHA community, this clean, open design invites
community interaction.
