A 2.88-acre site in Perimeter
Place Office Park will soon sport a contemporary new
look in architecture. The phased project will house
Women's Health Services, Center of Vision Development, an on-site pharmacy with drive-through, an on-site lab, and a child day care facility.
Exterior architectural features include sloped tower
parapets, metal standing-seam roofing, and a wall facade
of various textures showcasing a graystone brick and a stone gray limestone finish of EIFS (exterior
insulation finish system).
The full-glass entry extends several levels upward;
a drive-through canopy coordinates in aluminum and glass.
Inside, the simple, elegant water feature serves as
a focal point for the entry. Outside, adjacent to the
canopy, a green space mirrors the effect with a circular,
lighted water fountain.
